Perccent Wallet v1.1.4 (build 9)

PERC wallet fixes

Android biometric enrollment now offered after registration seed setup (fingerprint sign-in on logout)
Independent registrations receive randomly assigned PERC addresses (not derived from username/password)
Wallets restored from the same seed or backup sync balances and transactions across devices

Also in this release

Send re-authentication before outbound PERC transfers
Android pull-to-refresh on wallet screens
Hold-to-reveal password on login fields
