[testnet] Shear wallet 0.1 (Mac-cut). Recut book-law from genesis.

  • 128-byte header, ssa1 dests, 90s, 1 SHE pot, HASH_TX_LIVE=1
  • Consensus spendable 6 confirmations (~9 min, in the fingerprint)
  • Third-party/merchant min_confirms 12 (~18 min) is policy only
  • Incoming Continuum pie: red/white/blue/orange/purple/green; that row leaves pending at 6
  • Two-part version 0.1 (not 0.1.0). Flutter file version 0.1.0+11 is not the pin.
  • No miner inside. Official miner is 0.5 on tag 0.5 (name=shear-miner).
  • Windows zip on this tag: shear-wallet-0.1-windows.zip (~13.7 MB, no miner). Linux / Arch leftover (-linux.zip / -archlinux.zip, PKGBUILD pkgver=0.1).
  • No iOS / iPad zip. No App Store. No 1.* bump.
