Sprite limit toggle
The real NES PPU can only render 8 sprites per scanline. Anything past the 8th is dropped by the hardware, which is why sprite-heavy scenes flicker on a real console. A software emulator has no reason to keep that restriction, so QuickNES ships with a switch for it.
Settings now exposes that switch. The old top-level MODE row (NES/DENDY) has been replaced with an EMULATION submenu. Inside that submenu:
MODE— NES or DENDY, same as before.SPRITE LIMIT—ON(default) keeps the 8-sprite-per-scanline behavior.OFFrenders every sprite on every scanline; many games that flicker on hardware (Mega Man, Gradius, Battletoads, etc.) stop flickering.
The change takes effect immediately, no ROM reload needed. The value is persisted to /nes/.settings as sprite_limit = on|off.
Implementation note: this hooks into the existing Nes_Emu::set_sprite_mode() API in QuickNES. ON maps to sprites_visible (8/scanline), OFF maps to sprites_enhanced (64/scanline).
