Fixed Player 2 being completely unresponsive when set to NES GAMEPAD 2. The PIO driver only claimed one state machine, so the second controller's state was always zero.
On boards with two controller ports (M1, M2, Z0), the driver now runs a second PIO state machine alongside the first. Both share CLK and LATCH, each reads its own DATA pin, and they start in sync so sample timing stays aligned.
Second controller DATA pins: GP27 on M2, GP17 on M1, GP8 on Z0.
DV and PC only have one controller port, so NES GAMEPAD 2 no longer appears in the Player 1 / Player 2 menu on those builds. If you had NES GAMEPAD 2 saved from a previous build, it gets migrated on load so you don't end up with a dead assignment.
