Graphify 0.18.0

Graphify 0.18.0 completes routed text-JSON integration for consumers that inject an owner-bound LLM mesh.

• Import mesh factories, adapters and types from the ESM-only @sentropic/graphify/llm-mesh entry point. The existing CommonJS package root remains supported.
• Inject separate clients into semantic extraction, descriptions and community labels. Schema context and per-call output-token caps reach generation.
• Validate consumer responses before route completion, with bounded fallback for invalid responses. Cancellation handling and terminal bookkeeping failures do not cause a second generation after completion begins.
• Preserve the existing handling of fenced JSON and partial label/description results.

Migration: remove the obsolete llm_execution.mesh.adapter key, construct the runtime with createGraphifyMesh, wrap it with meshTextJsonClient, and inject the resulting client into the intended stage. Validation-bearing calls require the runtime's generateValidated capability.

Validation: 2,848 tests passed; TypeScript, full build, clean tarball installation, CommonJS root, ESM mesh, NodeNext declarations and two independent final reviews passed. PR #330.

The published @sentropic/graphify@0.18.0 was also installed explicitly from npm in a clean consumer directory: runtime exports, declarations, CLI version and graph construction passed. Registry gitHead matches merge 1a723695d8a23ffe5e13f1988c52ded056f85c96.
