This patch changes the "make test" instances that we're already running for PRs to also upload the coverage results to https://app.codecov.io/github/rhboot/shim so that we can tell if PRs increase or reduce test coverage. Signed-off-by: Peter Jones <pjones@redhat.com>

This adds codecov coverage comparisons (charts! graphs!) to PRs.
