• checking the "3 cell 2D plots" now shows something in those plots
• pressing "Update" causes all plots to vanish

Plenty of issues:

• empty plots appear below GUI
• primary plot does appear correctly in Plots tab
• it calculates the # cell frames when Run is pressed and sets that value in the Plot tab
• Clicking the “Update” button below the “3 cell 2D plots” checkbox does not plot anything
