fix: support @ reference menu on Linux (requestAnimationFrame replacement, PathUtils.filename error handling)

• Replace requestAnimationFrame with setTimeout(fn, 0) for Zotero chrome context
• Add per-item try-catch when loading items to handle PathUtils.filename crashes
• Wrap attachmentFilename access in try-catch in resolveAttachmentTitle
• Wrap candidate building in per-item try-catch
• Add @ button alongside / button in editor toolbar
• Add README-LINUX.md documenting the fork
