• Correct handling of 'inpath' in quick_look_MAPseeker: allow readin of FASTQ files elsewhere on computer (e.g. Basespace download folder) and analysis in current folder.
• Bug fixes to various options in quick_look_MAPseeker
• Adding option skip_reference for cases in which reference is not findable.
• Corrections, clarifications, example outputs for README.md, MAP-seq and MOHCA-seq tutorial examples, and scripts.
• Adding basic unit test.
