You could use this nintendo 64 core.
The default retroarch mupen core does not work with android 4.4 32 bits.

Was addeded a new shortcut to open OpenPandoraBox ( START + C+D+E)
And the shutdown shortcut was changed to (START + D+B+F)
Install the new pandorykey(optional)
0 - copy this pandorykey to /data/local/tmp
1 - telnet to pandory box
2 - su
3 - mount -o remount,rw /system
4 - cp /system/bin/pandorykey /system/bin/pandorykey_bk
5 - cp /data/local/tmp/pandorykey /system/bin/pandorykey
6 - chmod 777 /system/bin/pandorykey
7 - shutdown
