Add pnpm version:set (scripts/set-version.mjs) so a release cannot ship
mismatched package versions again, and port the Ralph autonomous loop from
the accountability repo contextualized for llm4ts: ralph-auto.sh drives
one-task-per-iteration agent runs against the specs/ work queue, owns git
commits, and enforces the full verification chain (with an optional
packed-tarball smoke check). CLAUDE.md gains the seam map, release process,
and loop documentation.
