Override configs

I needed to change and override some configuration where should added because i'm trying to add in .config/hypr not affect and give me read only where should added my config
also in vscode when changing in setting after reboot i missing my custom setting

nixos is an immutable distro, all changes go in your config

in short, either use hydenix module options or home.file

some files are mutable by design as hyde considers them stateful as explained here
