Configuring satty config file

Hello! I see I can enable satty using
hydenix = { enable = true; screenshots = { enable = true; satty.enable = true; swappy.enable = false; } };

I also see the config file is noted in the github 'documentation.' Changing this file results in it being overwritten after reboot. How would I go about manipulating this toml file in my configs? I have tried using the overrideConfig settings in my modules/hm/default.nix file, but rebuilding complains about a conflict.
