v1.15 - Multiple accounts

What's new

• Multiple accounts: if you run Claude Code with more than one login (one per CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR), the popover now shows a tab per account, labelled with its email. Pick a tab to see that account's limits; the menu bar follows your selection, and the traffic light colour watches the worst limit across all accounts so nothing slips by.
• Single-login setups look and behave exactly as before — no new UI.
• A login with an expired token shows its own error without hiding your working account.

Closes #2. Builds on the CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR groundwork from v1.14 (thanks again @matthewsinclair).

Install

Download ClaudeUsage.zip, unzip, move to Applications. Signed and notarized. Existing users: the in-app update banner will offer this release.
