ci: build FreeBSD binaries in continuous delivery - #264

Add freebsd/amd64 and freebsd/arm64 to the binaries matrix so release tarballs are published for FreeBSD, matching the FreeBSD build support added in #263. The Docker platforms are left unchanged since FreeBSD is not a supported container image platform.
