The structured-authoring subset shipped: Predicator.Simple, the
Vocabulary :value_kinds field, operators/1 and value_kind/1 are all on
main, and the record's one contingent claim was retired by the dated
Note in PR 217. Every claim the record makes was re-verified against
main before this flip, so the header now says accepted and the index
row with it.

A dated Note records that the Consequences bullet reading "Status is
proposed" describes the drafting state and no longer the present one.
The bullet stands, per the amend-by-addition rule; nothing but the two
status lines is removed.
