A minor and not a patch: the palette grows recipes and a core deadline
recipe, Edit gains the compound composition, a palette entry may declare
a singleton cardinality, and the two core timer types carry
migrate_config at type_version 2. The one Changed entry a direct caller
acts on is the Toolbar attribute rename :selected? -> :fittable?.

Cut, not published: the tag, the GitHub release and the Hex publish are
the operator's. Dependency requirements are byte-identical to main's,
and mix hex.build accepts the package at this version.
