Bumps `@version` in `mix.exs` and the compiler's second carrier,
`@compiler_version` in `lib/statifier_blocks/compiler.ex`, to 0.27.0, and
the README install pin to `~> 0.27`. The compiler version moves on every
release because it is stamped into every compilation record; in this one
compiled chart bytes DO move, for documents holding an interruptible
group - the group-salted interrupt pair is emitted at the salt, so a
stored compiled chart or a pinned chart identity for such a document must
be re-captured.
Promotes the twenty-one `changelog.d/` fragments into a `## [0.27.0]`
section dated with the local date, grouped by heading and in
fragment-name order within each, and deletes them: sb-2bt9, sb-3xub,
sb-59rt, sb-671e, sb-7gm9, sb-9aam, sb-b7i0, sb-bjt7, sb-cqh8, sb-f4r1,
sb-gua3, sb-h5xq, sb-hwlr, sb-ij7y, sb-kuwc, sb-p8lh, sb-v3c5, sb-vy88,
sb-x903, sb-xudv, sb-ykkl. Every bullet is carried over byte for byte;
the lead paragraph and the link reference are the only prose written
here.
A minor with two breaking changes, and the lead paragraph names them
first: the compiled chart of a document holding an interruptible group,
and `Composite.expand/2` answering `{:ok, {blocks, param_map}} |
{:error, reason}` with `expand!/2` keeping the raise. Beside those it is
about admission - `Assignability.kinds/3`, `slot_accepts/4` and
`admits?/4` resolving a composite's members through a palette, the
per-target `Edit.Targets.admits_at?/5` and `accepted_types_at/5` fast
path, and a `strict: true` on `assignable?/5` - and about the card face:
the summary-chip cap at 32 with an over-cap chip clipped rather than
dropped, presentation-cap `:lint` findings read in the drawer's Findings
tab, a face finding laid out inside the card's own box, a reserved
control strip beside the title, and the "Save as a step" tray drawn only
on a mount that registered an `on_collapse`. `Editor.ConfigForm.config_form/1`
takes an `event` attr and `Edit.Session.refusal/1` says what a refused
gesture refused.
