Bumps `@version` in `mix.exs` and the compiler's second carrier,
`@compiler_version` in `lib/statifier_blocks/compiler.ex`, to 0.29.0, and
the README install pin to `~> 0.29`. The compiler version moves on every
release because it is stamped into every compilation record; no compiled
chart bytes move in this one, so a stored compiled chart stays valid
against its own recorded version and only the stamp on the next
compilation changes.
Promotes the six `changelog.d/` fragments into a `## [0.29.0]` section
dated with the local date, grouped by heading and in fragment-name order
within each, and deletes them: sb-7n1h, sb-o1gz, sb-o2p2, sb-uoo5,
sb-xoll, sb-z6vv. Every bullet is carried over byte for byte; the lead
paragraph and the link reference are the only prose written here.
A minor, not a patch, because the dependency floor moves and one
behaviour with it: `predicator` goes from `~> 9.0` to `~> 9.4.1`, the
version whose string lexer reads a literal back whole, and a
`core.on_event` capture pair's literal source now accepts a string
carrying any character rather than printable ASCII only. Beside that it
is additive and corrective: a literal capture pair draws a read-only row,
editing an on_event block no longer drops one, a read-only mount
withholds the controls it refuses and names an empty arm, an unresolvable
composite member lends no raisable outcome, and an over-cap translated
summary chip keeps its declared event name on the chip title.
No tag, no publish: both are the operator's.
