The extension's version-bump section names the version mix.exs holds,
and says in its own text that a release bead updates that line with it.
This is that release bead, so the line moves to 0.6.0.

Its second half - which version is actually on Hex - is left exactly as
it stands. That clause tracks the operator's publishes, and this run
was instructed not to touch it; it reads 0.4.0 while 0.5.0 has since
been published, so it is due a correction that is not this bead's.

The diff touches only .claude/, which falls outside the manifest's
gate.build_paths, so no quality gate applies to it.
