Pass 1 returned QUALIFIED with two findings, both non-blocking: one
RECORD-PROSE, one BODY-ONLY.

The Note cited the cure commit as d1c7f38, which is PR 72's pre-merge
branch SHA and is not an ancestor of main - the merge-strategy hazard
where a rebase merge orphans pre-merge SHAs. The Note now says the cure
reached main inside c9046ed, the SHA it already named two paragraphs
above. No decision moves.

The second finding is the PR body's missing Provenance heading; the body
gains one over the material it already carried.
