Release prep only: the tag, the Hex publish and the GitHub release stay
the operator's. A patch, not a minor: the only fragment on the lane is a
documentation clarification, and no public function, return shape or
telemetry name moved since 0.9.0.

- mix.exs: @version 0.9.0 -> 0.9.1
- CHANGELOG.md: new [0.9.1] 2026-09-06 section (the local date), the
  sob-8pu fragment's Changed bullet carried over byte for byte; no lead
  paragraph, since the bullet says the whole of it
- changelog.d/sob-8pu.md: deleted, promoted into the section above; it
  was the only fragment the directory held
- README.md: unchanged. The install pin is `~> 0.9`, which already
  admits 0.9.1, so a patch bump leaves it where it stands
