Bumps @version to 0.1.1 and assembles the [0.1.1] CHANGELOG section
from the sp-dp6 fragment (deleted here per the fragment protocol): the
key-generator validation race with the host's parallel compiler, fixed
in PR #18. Bug-fix only, so a patch bump per SemVer.

Full mix quality green before commit (143/143 tests, 95.6% coverage,
dialyzer clean). Tagging v0.1.1 and mix hex.publish remain operator
steps after merge.
