Workflow:
- User submits a request to the Orchestrator
- Orchestrator assesses complexity and routes to specialist agents
- Analyst clarifies requirements → user approval checkpoint
- Planner creates implementation plan → user approval checkpoint
- Programmer implements code, iterates with Reviewer until passing
- Session artifacts are saved to
.knowledge/sessions/<session-id>/
