A sixth notch theme, and it moves.
🕸️ Web-Slinger
Midnight ground with a suit-red window edge, and webbing spun into both top corners — it draws itself in when the notch expands, then holds still.
Hanging in the corner is a pixel spider whose body is the mask. It abseils in on a thread, dangles, and twitches its legs on the same cadence Claude's crab has always used — but only while a session is actually running, so an idle notch costs nothing.
Its lenses tell you what's happening, readable from across the room:
| Lenses | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Wide | Idle — nothing running |
| Narrowed | An agent is thinking or using a tool |
| Flared | Something is waiting on your approval |
Claude's crab and Codex's box wear the mask too. Only those two — they're the shapes with a readable pair of eyes to cover. Their palettes are untouched, so the shell below the hood still carries the status colour.
The theme also introduces a soft tinted shadow, a first for the set: every surface halos in its own hue rather than casting a hard offset. Cards glow red while thinking and blue while idle; Deny halos red, Allow halos green.
Notes
- Switch in Settings → Appearance — instant, no restart. Existing themes are byte-identical; nothing changes unless you pick this one.
- The collapsed strip stays pure black in every theme, Web-Slinger included. Anything up there breaks the illusion that the notch is hardware.
- Type is set in
.rounded, the one system face no other theme had claimed.
