This release contains the Python functions used to perform the analysis in the following paper:
Rincon R, Padgett JE. (2026). “Identifying submodel fidelity combinations that yield efficient multiscale models for infrastructure performance estimation.” Reliability Engineering and System Safety, In Review, January 2026.

Additionally, this release includes a Jupyter Notebook and a model generator function to demonstrate the code's use.
