1.2.0: aura tags + rider dropdown + when_self_attacks stealth

Aura effects (Twilight Sanctuary, Spirit Guardians) now resolve their
per-turn targets at trigger time instead of freezing a target at cast.
Detection: an action whose only ally/enemy effects carry a per-turn
trigger (on_ally_turn, on_enemy_turn, start_of_turn, end_of_turn).
For those, the bar's target chip reads "-> aura"; the targets dropdown
prefaces the list with an aura header summarizing side, range, and the
authored note. Commit goes through with self-only targets so the log
reads "Wex invokes Twilight Sanctuary." instead of enumerating the
whole party.

CombatTag gained auraTarget and range. The aura banner shows the
current-turn actor after the arrow on each fire ("-> Wex" on Wex's
turn, "-> Roice" on Roice's), and surfaces a "within 30 ft." chip so
the DM can judge whether the actor is actually inside the aura. Resolve
seeding picks the current-turn actor for aura tags and the frozen
resolveTarget for everything else (Sneak Attack, save-for-half damage).

Rider dropdown collapses the inactive-rider chips into a single
puzzle-piece button + dropdown, freeing horizontal space on the action
bar. The "+" effect-picker button gets a real plus glyph instead of
plain-text. Banner buttons (Apply / spell info / Dismiss) gain leading
icons.

Rider effects can now declare autoRemove. Stealth-style tags use
autoRemove: when_self_attacks; commitAttack sweeps any such tags off
the actor only when the attack actually deals damage, so Cunning Hide
-> Dash keeps the rogue hidden while Cunning Hide -> attack reveals
them. consumed remains the right choice for one-shots tied to the
action that rode them; the docstring spells out the split.

Library updates: Twilight Sanctuary (library.yaml) and Spirit Guardians
(srd-library.yaml, phb-library.yaml) declare range and structured
ally/enemy + per-turn-trigger effects so they wire into the aura path.
