Launch at Loginの登録処理を修正しました。

  • 開発ビルドを専用の .dev Bundle IDへ分離
  • インストール済みアプリとのLaunch Services競合を防止
  • macOSが初期状態をnot foundと返した場合も本番アプリから登録可能に変更
  • Developer ID署名・Apple notarization済み
