Respire CLI 1.0.12

Emergency prompt correction based on stable 1.0.11. Product logic and Core SDK dependencies retain the 1.0.11 baseline.

Restore mandatory first-tool recall, per-message reset, immediate recall after errors, bounded retries, and complete-policy loading after the first recall.
Restore mandatory storage each round, update-first deduplication, tree placement, event titles, backups and read-back verification.
Preserve the twelve execution rules, anti-shortcut requirements and final recall/storage/error gates in the default policy and WorkBuddy reference. Read-only and paused modes retain their explicit exceptions.
Add repository AGENTS.md instructions requiring future changes to preserve these constraints.
Run the existing complete CI for the exact hotfix source before publication.

The planned formal version remains 1.0.12. Intermediate unpublished candidate numbers are not formal releases.

rsrs --version

After updating the host, use rsrs inject to refresh the policy in your configured tools.
