lru-dict 1.4.1 is a single pure-C CPython extension (src/lru/_lru.c) with no third-party build dependencies, so the workflow is a plain build-from-checkout cibuildwheel run mirroring upstream's own build-and-deploy.yml, with upstream's own [tool.cibuildwheel] test-extras/test-sources/test-command driving the test phase unchanged. 1.4.1 was released to PyPI without a corresponding git tag (upstream tagged v1.4.0 and v1.5.0 around it but never v1.4.1), so the workflow pins the commit that bumped pyproject.toml's version to 1.4.1, verified byte-identical to the released PyPI sdist.
