v1.0.0
Initial public release of AgenticFlowX (AFX), a spec-driven development framework designed to keep AI coding agents (like Claude Code) on track with bidirectional traceability and strict execution validation.
Core components:
- .claude/commands: Installation of the core 7 AFX slash commands (next, discover, work, spec, init, dev, task, check, session, handoff, report).
- docs/agenticflowx: Comprehensive documentation covering the AFX philosophy, Spec-Driven Development concepts, and a Quick Reference Cheatsheet.
- templates/: Skeleton scaffolds for living documents (spec, design, readme) and append-only event logs (journal, tasks).
- install.sh: One-line install and update script.
- prompts/: Snippets for updating CLAUDE.md with AFX operational instructions.
AFX introduces the State vs Event philosophy, enforcing that historical discussions are logged cleanly into 'journal.md', while architectural intent always reflects current, factual reality in 'design.md'.
