Fixed

• Switching project scopes the connection by project id, so the views show the
  resources of the selected project instead of the previous one (#3).
• All one-shot server actions (start, pause, resume, unshelve, lock, confirm or
  revert resize, ...) ask for confirmation before running (#4).
