Highlights

Architecture improvements: StorageType enum, array-backed data containers, TabularParser for schema-driven tabular parsing, SchemaVersion descriptor for declarative versioning, read_many() batch API, and FloatField write optimization.

Breaking changes: pandas moved to optional dependency (pip install cfinterface[pandas]), STORAGE attribute now uses StorageType enum (string literals deprecated), set_version() deprecated in favor of version= kwarg on read().

Developer tooling: pre-commit hooks (ruff + mypy), GitHub Actions upgraded to setup-uv@v6 and codecov-action@v5, docs deployment migrated to official actions/deploy-pages.
