Port usprawnień RASP na bazę upstream @neuledge/context 1.2.0 (poprzednio 0.5.1-rasp.1).
Zawiera 38 commitów ulepszeń upstream (nowe parsery, sql.js fallback, fixy) + 9 commitów RASP (recursive hierarchical chunking, breadcrumb titles, tech-abbrev expansion, configurable token budget, code-example boost, error handling). Build czysty, 175/175 testów.
