* feat: implement filesystem-backed BsFs

- Move complete reference implementation from test/bs-fs.ts to src/bs-fs.ts
- Replace stub class with full Bs interface implementation
- Externalize node builtins (node:fs, node:path, node:stream, node:crypto) in vite config
- Switch package.json scripts from pnpx to local binaries to avoid version drift
- All 75 tests pass with 100% coverage

* Increase version
