Bug fixes

- #1959 : Replace Settings.json atomically, so an interrupted write can no longer leave it empty or half-written, and wait out another process briefly holding the file
- #1947 : Stop a re-download from overwriting a title's metadata.json when the storefront no longer lists that title
- #1947 : Stop an Audible error response from being saved as a title's PDF
