Improvements
- Added a new configurable runtime.max parameter (default 180 minutes) to set the maximum value of the runtime gauge, replacing the previously hardcoded value.
- The max setting is now wired through config.yaml, default config generation, and the dashboard, so the runtime gauge scales according to your configured maximum.
