Byte conversion type correction

• Fix issue with initial conversion to byte type as it previously returned a signed int64 instead of a uint6.
• Add staticcheck, golint, and go vet checks to the Github actions workflow.

Add bool slice conversion

Initial release

Support for loading environment variables and converting to int, int8, int16, int32, int63, uint, uint8, uint16, uint32, uint64, float32, float64, bool, byte, string and time.Duration.

It is also possible to convert to a slice of any of the previously mentioned types.
