Test build with two streaming fixes, please report back in the linked issues.
A frozen picture after a lag spike now ends the session with a clear error after 15 seconds instead of hanging until the app is killed (#45).
The connection handshake now retransmits lost packets instead of giving up after a single try, which should help sessions that failed with the server's media connection never coming up (#47, #48).
