Prerelease for #61 and #67.

If the controller stops responding mid-stream, you no longer have to close the app: hold ZL + ZR + up to re-announce the controller, and press it again within ten seconds to reconnect the session (a few seconds of frozen picture, then everything is back). Both show up in the log.

Also here: the input channel now matches the official client exactly, an unchanged controller no longer sends a packet 125 times a second, sends back off instead of hammering a full buffer, and the reconnect budget is three per two minutes instead of three per session.
