Fixed

  • A WhatsApp Channel or broadcast-list post no longer draws a reply. A @newsletter post arrives
    flagged as a non-group chat, so the only chat-scope gate let it through and a channel this account
    merely follows was answered into a chat it can never post to: a send that always fails, once per
    post, after taking that chat's cooldown slot.
  • The 0.1.4 note describing the failed-send cooldown as "rewound rather than released" is rewritten.
    It contradicted both the shipped code and the entry directly below it, which records that the
    backoff is stored as an absolute deadline.

Changed

  • Verified against OpenWA v0.23.4 (testedOpenWAVersion 0.23.3 -> 0.23.4).

Install: download after-hours.zip below and upload it in the OpenWA dashboard (Plugins → Install). For install-from-URL on a production host (OpenWA ≥ 0.20.0), append #sha256=<digest below> to the asset URL.
