Part of the org-wide Connect-RPC revert. Worker request delivery returns to pool.Exec over goridge pipes; the standalone h2c proxy server and the workers' pull (Fetch) path are removed. Keeps the current api-go http/v2 messages and post-migration fixes (bad-request status handling re-ported onto the restored handler).
