Version 2.17.0.0 of the unofficial libimagequant Python bindings.
libimagequant has been updated to version 2.17.0. No other changes are included.
Important note about future plans: libimagequant version 4.0.0 recently released. I do plan to update the Python bindings to support it, though I'm not sure of the timeline for that. 2.17 will be the last release of the 2.x series, for both projects.
