  • Keeps the final settings directory row visible above an integrated footer in shorter windows.
  • Removes the visually detached settings footer background.
  • Keeps header tools accessible in narrow desktop windows.
  • Preserves usable file-format inputs and scrollable settings tabs in compact layouts.
  • Adds accessible labels and tooltips for compact workflow buttons.
  • Refreshes the stylesheet cache key and aligns public documentation wording.

Verified with 65 Python tests, Ruff, compileall, frontend syntax and safety checks, public safety scanning, pip check, pip-audit, multilingual visual checks, required GitHub CI, and macOS arm64 packaging.

No application binaries are attached. Public binaries remain Developer ID signing and notarization gated per RELEASING.md.
