…e-out summary Sixteenth and final walk under epic #515. Signed in as Victor Viewer (closest proxy for a non-architect programme manager). Tested whether operational programme managers have additional pains beyond the senior delivery leadership lens already covered by the Programme Director walk. Net-new gap: - #600 Cross-initiative overlap / conflict view from an initiative's perspective. The persona file's pain point #4 ("see whether their programme's intended changes overlap with other active initiatives — to find conflicts or opportunities to share") is unaddressed at the initiative-anchored shape. Complements #578 (application-anchored dependency-impact view) at the initiative anchor. Strong positives: - Guided Answer (/answers?q=...) is the audit's most persona- foundational shipped feature. Multi-area plain-language results with "Why relevant" framing addresses the persona's critical insight ("answers without raising a ticket to the EA team") almost exactly as the persona file would specify. - Roadmap copy, Initiative relationship labels (improve/build/retire), Glossary plain-language definitions all serve the non-architect consumer well. Also adds docs/persona-journeys/README.md — full 16-walk audit close-out summary per epic #515 acceptance: - 16-walk table with gap counts per persona - Audit-as-quality-check loop tally (4 PRs surfaced AND closed by the audit) - Gaps grouped by capability anchor - Adoption-leverage ranking of the open gaps - Strongest shipped features the audit confirmed - What the audit did NOT test (scale, mobile, accessibility, real-user task completion) Capability: fd-traceability-views; fd-portfolio-views; fd-relationship-navigation; fd-guided-answer-views Closes #599; closes #515 (Phase 0.5 epic)
