Watch AI design in Compositor. Any AI agent or script that can edit files can now build and change a project while it's open, and the canvas updates live as it writes: real layers, masks, blend modes and adjustment layers. There's no plugin; see docs/writing-comp-files.md to get started.

Keep working while a project saves: saving now happens in the background, so the tools stay available.

Fixes: images in an opened project could be re-read from a file that a later save had replaced.
