Highlights:

  • budget preflight, diversity reranking, self-hosted profiles, shadow observations
  • semantic extraction spans exposed through MCP
  • extraction cache identity v6 and SQLite state schema v3
  • public provider SDK with fail-closed providers.d discovery and conformance checks

Hermes-only Operator Console, receipt journals, plugin loading, and release helpers remain intentionally out of scope.

Verified with 265 tests, Python 3.10-3.12 CI, wheel/sdist checks, sterile install, and real MCP stdio initialize/list/call.
