Critical fix: Live sync now writes changes to actual vault files.

Previously, importUpdates() didn't emit file change events, so VaultSync never knew about remote changes. The document manager would have the update, but the actual vault file remained unchanged.

Now remote changes properly trigger create/modify/delete events, causing VaultSync to write them to disk.
