Device types now optionally included
The device types contained in RaftCore library can added by including the following in features.cmake in the systype/ folder
set(DEV_TYPE_JSON_FILES "${raftcore_SOURCE_DIR}/devtypes/DeviceTypeRecords.json")
And placing files called DevTypes.json in the systype/Common or systype/ folder with the same format of content will add these DevTypes
