Use the resend component's manual send path for auth email delivery while preserving direct Resend API behavior for production and test observability of magic-link codes.

Register the resend component in convex-test, make email-related test env setup explicit, and disable file-level test parallelism to avoid global fetch/env races across auth tests. Also bump @robelest/convex-auth to 0.0.3-preview.11.
